While the full list of each Front Line Supervisor’s duties varies by department, this position directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in the production of parts (such as inspectors, machine setters, or fabricators), conducts employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assigns employee training to experienced workers, and evaluates employee performance. Requires a university degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience.
