HARRISON
STEEL QUALITY POLICY
"SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMER"
Delivery Efficiency Quality
To help implement the Quality
Policy, the concepts of internal suppliers and customers are used. To
best serve external customer, employees are taught, "Demand quality from
your internal supplier; pass along quality to your internal customer."
ISO
9001:2000 REGISTRATION
The Quality Assurance Department helped coordinate the activities
that led to the 3rd-party audit and registration of the Harrison Steel
Castings Company to ISO 9001:2000 in December 2003. The QA Manager
continues to work with the registrar to schedule and perform
surveillance audits every 6 months to ensure continued compliance to
this standard.

preparation and maintenance of the thousands of part number specific
instructions used in processes such as molding, core making, pouring,
heat treatment, machining, and inspection.
