Maintain and develop heat treating, welding and lab processes and procedures. Learn processes and apply skills to create better efficiency, cost reductions and quality improvements. Reports to technical director. Works with metallurgists to test and develop improvements. Manufacturing skills are required, demonstrate a working knowledge of manufacturing process measurements and improvement techniques.

Programmer
The qualified applicant will have working knowledge of WEB development using VB.NET, ASP.NET, VS 2003 & VS 2005; MS SQL Server 2000 developmental skills( stored procedures, DTS, triggers and database design skills). Also, MS SQL Server 2005, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, and FOXPRO knowledge are a huge plus. Strong oral & written communication skills to translate user requirements into project specifications are a must. Co Op Student Opportunity
Co-op opportunity for a student working towards a degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Applicant should have Understanding and knowledge of machine tool practices and must be familiar with PowerPoint, Word, Autocad 2000, and Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing a training program for machining employees from the introductory level, and developing instruction and process operation sheets for part specific tasks.

The position will be responsible for performing statistical analysis of special projects and cost data to monitor efficiency and cost containment.
